§ 4-2. Furnishing alcoholic liquor to a minor.

A person commits the offense of furnishing alcoholic liquor to a minor if he furnishes or gives any alcoholic beverage to a person under the age of 21 years, except upon authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician.
